Responsibility of the Social Corporation or Enterprise - RSC

In ORFISA IKC we believe that the Responsibility of the Social Corporation or Enterprise (RSC or RSE) provides the impact on how the companies act in its triple dimension, economic, social and environmental, taking as its main objectives the achievement of sustainable human development and the consequent generation of long-term value for all our groups of interest.

Therefore we understand that the RSC focus its attention in satisfying the stakeholders needs (employed, shareholders, clients, suppliers, competitors, social agents, public administrators, local community, and companies in general) which are being affected for our business activities with an strategic approach that affects to decisions making and the operations of our organization.

Due to this, the RSC is not only a new way of thinking where ORFISA IKC should keep in mind as a whole; the economic, ethical, occupational, human rights, social and environmental aspects in our relations with our groups of interest, but it is also another new way of performing and should be applied to strategic management, being translated in politics and actions, planned and implemented.

This new way of management should be supported in a new way of integration and to interact with all our group of interest through a permanent, transparent and open dialogue. If the needs of the different groups of interest is taking into consideration in a multilateral and stable way, we as the agents of the company will be able to increase the efficiency of the adaptation of our organization to those external and internal demands, and therefore to obtain a greater Excellence in our management.

As a final say, the RSC is a voluntary behavior and is not a substitute but complementary to the scrupulous respect of our business to the national and international laws that regulate our operations. We should apply the strategy of the RSC to all our chain of value and with the purpose of crossing borders, respecting the sovereignty, the laws and politics of development and the culture of the companies where ORFISA IKC acts.
